A renovation or alteration in a previously occupied home requires a Certificate of Completion. Prior to a certificate of completion being issued, all final inspections must be requested, performed and approved. When a certificate of completion is applied for, several prerequisites must be met:

All inspections have passed, including, landscaping and irrigation |

The permit holder must ensure that all subcontractors have obtained and paid for the required permits |

Submitted a completed FEMA Flood Elevation Certificate (if applicable). |
4 |
Submit an as-built survey, signed and sealed, for new construction |
