Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the attached Resolution No. 2163.11 as presented.
Background:
The Town of Golden Beach Code of Ordinances provides for a Comprehensive Planning Board. The Board is comprised of three residents and two council members at the recommendation of the Mayor and subject to the approval of the Town Council. The members will serve a one-year term beginning on March 22, 2011 and allowing for reappointment.
