Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the attached Resolution No. 2165.11 as presented.
Background:
On December 13, 2005 the Town Council of the Town of Golden Beach adopted Ordinance No. 498.05, codifying the establishment of the Security and Public Safety Advisory Committee. The Committee is comprised of up to five members appointed by the Town Council. The members will serve a one-year term beginning on March 22, 2011 and allowing for reappointment.
