Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the attached Resolution No. 2167.11 as presented.
Background:
The Code Compliance process requires that the Town have a Special Magistrate to preside over disputes and to serve as the Administrative Hearing Officer for all code enforcement related affairs.
We are recommending that Mr. Rafael Suarez-Rivas, Esq. be re-appointed to serve as the Town’s Special Magistrate.
