Thank you for reviewing the Building Regulation Advisory Board’s recommendations for code revisions. A majority of the Council members would like to review items 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, even though a number of you requested to review other items as well. However, because a consensus vote is required, at the moment, the Administration is planning to review and present on only the seven previously mentioned items. If there are items that a Councilmember really feels should go up for discussion, we ask that you please present your argument at the Council meeting and the Council will then decide if any other item requires further review as well. For your convenience, the Zoning Code Revisions memorandum has been attached to this memo.
