Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Town Council adopt the attached Resolution No. 2159.11 as presented.
Background:
On October 19th, 2010, the Town Council approved an employment agreement between the Town and the Town Manager. The agreement set forth terms under which the Town Manager is entitled to a one-time bonus for his performance in successfully overseeing the completion of the Town’s Capital Improvement Project, which was to be paid for on February 1, 2011.
The Resolution stipulating and approving the terms of said bonus is attached for your approval.
Fiscal Impact:
$25,000 as approved in the October 19, 2010 employment agreement.
