SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
6:30 P.M.
A. Mayor Singer called the Special Town Council Meeting to order at 6:40 pm.
B. Council Attendance: Mayor Glenn Singer, Vice Mayor Judy Lusskin, Councilman Joe Iglesias, and Councilman Al Paruas. Councilman Ben Einstein absent
Staff Attendance: Town Manager Bonilyn Wilbanks-Free, Town Attorney Paul Eichner, Police Chief James Skinner, and Town Clerk Cathy Szabo
C. Chief Skinner led the Pledge.
D. Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) Presentation by Michael Miller Planning Associates to the Local Planning Agency (Town Council).
E. Approval of the EAR Amendments. A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Golden Beach, FL, acting in its capacity as the designated Local Planning Agency for the Town of Golden Beach, Florida recommending approval of the proposed Evaluation and Appraisal Report for the Town of Golden Beach Comprehensive Plan; authorizing the Town’s Consultant Planner to transmit the draft report to the Department of Community Affairs and other required review agencies for comment prior to adoption; authorizing the transmittal of the draft report to the Town Council as part of the Comprehensive Plan process in accordance with Section 163.31*91, Florida Statues; providing for severability; providing for conflicts; and providing an effective date.
Mayor Singer moved to approve, Second by Vice Mayor Lusskin

F. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Singer moved to adjourn at 7:00 pm, second by Vice Mayor Lusskin, 4/0 all ayes. Councilman Einstein absent.
