SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
7:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Singer called the Special Town Council Meeting to order at 6:34 pm. and announced an attorney/client session in accordance with Florida statute 286.011 regarding the litigation styled Judith Cuenca and Sara Chikovsky v. Town of Golden Beach, Miami-Dade County Circuit Court, Case No. 03-02202 CA 30. The session is estimated to last 30 minutes, and the following people will be in attendance at this meeting:
Council Members: Mayor Glenn Singer, Councilmember Ben Einstein, and Councilmember Joe Iglesias
Staff: Town Manager Bonilyn Wilbanks-Free, Town Attorneys Stephen Helfman, and Michael S. Popok.
These proceedings will be recorded by a certified court reporter and at the conclusion discussed; the transcript will be made part of the public record.
At this time, all those individuals not named left the chambers.

The Attorney Client session was adjourned at 7:00 pm.
