The Dade County Water and Sewer Authority Department, owns and operates the Town sanitary Sewerage. Sewer service bills are collected by North Miami Beach Utilities along with water service charges. Sewer charges are based on water usage. If you have a pool or sprinkler system connected to your main water meter, you may reduce the sewer service costs by installing separate meters for these uses. Requests for service should be made directly to the North Miami Beach Utility Department.
