The Town of Golden Beach has adopted the Florida Building Code. Therefore, a building permit is required for all new construction and for any repairs or reconstruction, which alter a structure. Building permits are also required for such other construction as driveways, accessory buildings, fences,  pools. Building permit applications are submitted at the Building Department at 1 Golden Beach Drive, Golden Beach, FL 33160.
