In the Town of Golden Beach, some portions of the Town have been designated as a Special Flood Hazard Area by FEMA. Different parts of the Town fall into different Special Flood Hazard Areas and, as such, are more or less likely to experience flooding.

For information about whether your property is in a Special Flood Hazard Area, please contact the Building Department at (305) 932-10744, or come into the Building Department located at 1 Golden Beach Drive, Golden Beach, FL 33160.
