Escape to Golden Beach’s Fantastic Parks
The Beach Pavilion: The Town’s Historic Ocean Front Loggia. An idyllic venue for everything from a lazy beach Sunday afternoon to glamorous seaside parties. Recent renovations to the Loggia Park have added even more glamour and charm to the Town’s crown jewel. Available for private events through Town Hall.
South Park: This park features soothing music broadcast throughout the park using state-of-the-art audio equipment. Its winding paths and lush greenery are the perfect setting for a morning walk.
North Park: One of the Town’s largest open green spaces, let’s get sporty here. Tossing around a Frisbee or a little soccer practice, North Park is where the Golden Beach athlete comes alive.
Singer Park: One of the newest of the parks in Town. A tranquil coral rock waterfall and shaded grounds make this an ideal escape for friends to gather.
Terracina Park: This little gem is one of the Town’s best kept secrets. Steal away a moment on the bench overlooking the serene Intracoastal waterways. Don’t forget to visit Terracina Park’s sister park, Massini Park.
Massini Park: Almost hidden away from the world, Massini Park is an excellent respite for private reflection and meditation. Like Terracina Park, this quaint little nook should not be overlooked.
Town Hall Park: Nestled next to Historic Town Hall, the “backyard feel” of this park makes you feel right at home. Grab a blanket, a book and come hang out at our place.
Tweddle Park: This is the ultimate in family parks in Town. Tweddle Park features renovated and upgraded playgrounds, brand new tennis courts, basketball courts, a green space with recently added shade trees, sand volleyball courts, and even a covered picnic area to enjoy pre-packed snacks. Bring the family pooch along to play in the dog park area. Tweddle Park is a place where everyone can unwind.
The Strand Park: Located in the center of Town at the Intracoastal Waterway this is a great vantage point to kick back and catch the locals cruising by on their boats. Bring your kayak or launch your own non-motorized paddle boats to get a whole new vantage point on Golden Beach. The Town’s Police Boat is also moored at Strand Park, come by and say hello to one of the members of our Marine Patrol.
Free Wi-Fi is available at some Town Parks. Please contact Town Hall for details.
